WHAT NOT TO BRING
For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not bring: outside food or beverages, alcohol, or pets (service animals permitted).
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Personal photos and videos are welcome! Please respect other guests and refrain from blocking aisles or interfering with event operations.
By attending this event, you grant The Steinvue permission to capture and use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. These images may be used without further notice or compensation. If you prefer not to appear in event photos, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, November 5th at 5:00 PM (MST).
Sales will remain open until Friday, December 6th, at 8:30 AM, or until sold out.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
At-the-door registration will be available for the Holiday Market (free entry).
For Breakfast with Santa, at-the-door registration will be allowed only if seating is still available at the time of check-in. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to guarantee their spot, as seating is limited and may sell out prior to the event.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available unless the event is canceled by The Steinvue.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest (see ticket transfer policy below).
REENTRY POLICY
Reentry is permitted for the Holiday.
Breakfast with Santa guests may reenter the market area after their seating, but not the breakfast service area once concluded.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets are transferable to another guest up to 48 hours before the event.
To request a transfer, email jaycee@thesteinvue.com with your order number and the new attendee’s name.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
